These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilikobet ("jilikobet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilikobet platform accessible at https://jilikobet.club and all associated services, games, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Access to and use of the jilikobet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual player may only hold one registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Account Notification: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilikobet support immediately via live chat or email. jilikobet shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

jilikobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, and select cryptocurrency options including USDT and Bitcoin. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawal requests at jilikobet are processed subject to the following conditions. Players are encouraged to read this section carefully before requesting a withdrawal, as failure to meet any applicable condition may result in processing delays.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction.
• KYC Requirement: All first-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. jilikobet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process in compliance with PAGCOR and AML requirements.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where technically feasible. Requests to withdraw to a different method may require additional verification.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds held in your bonus balance must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Right to Withhold: jilikobet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud or AML investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

jilikobet offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met all eligibility conditions, including age verification and KYC completion where required.

• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploiting system errors, placing structured bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonuses forfeited, their accounts suspended, and their balances potentially confiscated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other bonuses unless expressly stated in the promotion terms.

All games available on the jilikobet Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, instant games, and sports betting markets — operate under individual game rules published by the respective game providers and/or jilikobet. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

jilikobet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-driven games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories approved under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Certifications confirm that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by any party, including jilikobet itself.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, jilikobet reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. No claims will be accepted for anticipated winnings from a voided round.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jilikobet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one registered account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity or details of another person.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Employing software robots, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate betting activity without explicit written consent from jilikobet.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or circumvent Platform rules.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or unknown error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward jilikobet support staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the jilikobet Platform — including but not limited to the jilikobet name, logo, brand assets, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and documentation — is the property of jilikobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights in the Platform content are transferred to the Player beyond this limited licence.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jilikobet is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilikobet and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or anticipated savings;
• Loss or corruption of data or information;
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

jilikobet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law.

jilikobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete identity or payment information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player, including via a self-exclusion request;
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to jilikobet's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations and any withheld amounts under investigation will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure.

Your rights as a data subject — including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information — are set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

jilikobet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies where required by law or in connection with an investigation into suspected fraud or money laundering.

jilikobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to or upon login.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jilikobet's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint via the support channel, and jilikobet will respond within five (5) business days with a proposed resolution. If the dispute is not resolved through internal process within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism or referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Class actions and representative claims against jilikobet are not permitted under these Terms to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.
